Hot Chocolate for my Honey's

A warm and delicious beverage for a chilly winter's day.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cups Milk

Instructions

  • Begin by warming milk on a stove or in the microwave. Be sure to NOT boil the milk!
  • In a large measuring cup, combine cocoa powder and honey. Top with a splash of hot water to aid mixing.
  • Pour warmed milk* into measuring cup, and stir well. Divide liquid between two mugs.**

Notes

Want to get fancy?
*After warming milk, pour it into a French press. Pump the handle 15-20 times to create frothy milk. Then, continue with the recipe.
**Once the hot chocolate has been divided into the mugs, top with a dollop of whipped cream. If you are not following any specific diets, you can also top with marshmallows.
