A few months ago, we were given such a wonderful opportunity to bring an abandoned puppy into our home. He was discarded, and most possibly abused in his previous home. Our friends rescued him and brought this scared pup to us, to love and raise.
Unfortunately, our sweet Rufus was hit by a car in front of our home. The evidence showed that he died instantly and didn’t suffer.
Of course, this brought much pain into our hearts, but we know for a fact, that he died knowing he was loved.
