Let’s take a moment to appreciate the fact that I have had to look up how to spell the word Hawaiian about 15 times in the past 24 hours. It sure baffles my mind how to create the right combination of I’s and A’s to spell the word “Hawaiian.” (And, even in that last typing, I still typed it incorrectly at first!) Okay, enough of the spelling difficulties and on to the deliciousness that is this fluffy, tangy and sweet roll!
I realize most foodie blog posts start with a backstory, and current anecdote and the walking through of each step. But, goodness I don’t have the time or patience for that…. So, click that “Jump to recipe” or just scroll down a smidge.

- Allow dough to rise a second time, for 2-4 hours.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven, rub butter along the tops and allow rolls to cool fully before separating.
